Bespoke CNC Arches & Panels - Florist Fit-Out by MMK

This project came through from a kitchen and joinery customer (MMK) working on a florist fit-out with bespoke Arches and panelling. It started with a simple sketch. They had a clear vision, bespoke arches combined with reeded and fluted panels to create a more detailed, high-end finish throughout the space. Our role was to supply the bespoke CNC cut components needed to make that happen.

We converted it into a 2D/3D CNC drawing, worked through the sizes and radius, and once approved, moved everything into production. All parts were supplied in MRMDF, ready for finishing and installation.

By machining everything together, arches, fluted panels, and flexible reeded panels we made sure it all lined up before going to site to be installed, particularly around the curved sections.

Once installed by the customer, the final result shows how the detailing came together. The arches are clean and consistent, and the reeded and fluted panels follow the curves as intended. Because everything was CNC-cut and repeatable, it allowed the customer to achieve a high-end, continuous finish across the space without slowing down their workshop or install time.

By supplying the CNC-cut arches and panels, all made to match and ready to finish and install, that meant the customer could focus on installation, knowing everything would line up properly and deliver a consistent, high-quality finish across the full job.
