Coffee Shop / The Lab

The Lab, coffee house asked us back to do the fit out for their second coffee shop. The second premises in The Lab franchise. When we first went to view the property it was a large open planned room in which we had the freedom to design the flow of the shop along with everything in it.

As the store was so vast we designed the layout into zones. We added fixed industrial room dividers to create designated seating and serving areas. Adding a mixture of loose and fixed seating and tables through out which included: upholstered benches, 2 & 4 seat bistro tables, coffee tables and a large communal feature table with stools and window bars.

For the serving area we designed and made a bespoke steel fronted counter with built in display with a branded backlit cut out slogan, "The Science Of Coffee". With the addition of ceiling industrial display shelving, chalk boards to match and a coffee dock for the take away customers.
